Iron on Names for 2025 Marathons

All our transfers are suitable for ironing onto Cotton or Polyester vests, with many of our customers even applying to Nylon, Hessian, and even performance sports wear.

What size will the transfers be?
We will make your transfers in a 5cm font size (Read about how we size our iron on transfers - click here). We have made thousands of iron on transfers for marathon runners all over the world including Charities, Companies and running groups - the most popular size is a 5cm font size. If you would like a different font size, please head on over to our standard transfer word builder where you can choose any size from 2cm to 20cm letters.
What Transfer Colours can I choose?
You can choose from 25 different colours. Use the order form below to choose your colour after you have typed the word/name you require. Premium Colours (Metallics / Neons) do cost a little more.
How do I order capital letters?
We will make exactly what you type, so if you type: 'David' we will make it with the capital 'D' for 'David'. If you would like all capital letters just enter 'DAVID' (replace DAVID with your name though 🤣)
What font do you suggest?
IMPACT! The majority of Charities that use us for marathon iron on transfers always seem to use IMPACT due to its bold appearance, which makes it perfect to read from a distance.
Do your transfers have a background?
Nope! Our transfers are cut from rolls of commercial grade t-shirt vinyl meaning that you will not have a white background like printed transfers.
Are these iron on transfers only for marathon vests?
Not at all! All our transfers are made from the same high quality commercial grade heat applied vinyl. Providing the material you're applying the transfers to is suitable (generally Cotton or Polyester) you can use the iron on names for multiple different applications.
