Delivery Enquiries
UK Delivery
If you have not received your transfers within 7 working days after the dispatch email, please contact us ASAP, where we will begin a trace on your order. Delivery times during busier periods such as Marathon Events, Christmas etc may be extended depending on your local Royal Mail sorting office.
Outside UK Delivery
Orders being delivered to any country outside of the United Kingdom can take up to 28 working days however - usually arrive much sooner. If you have not received your iron on transfers after this time, please contact us using the form below.

Copyrighted Logo Transfers
We are not permitted to make copyrighted logos unless we have the copyright holders permission. Please contact us using the form below if you are the copyright holder, or have permission (that can be provided to us) to re-produce a logo.
Workwear Iron on Transfers
If you would like your company logo / brand image to be made into an iron on transfer, please fill out our contact form below (or use our live chat) where a member of the team will request further details. We will request your logo as either a high resolution bitmap (JPG / PNG) or preferably a vector file (EPS / AI).

TeeTransfers is proud to offer all charities a discount (we have been doing this for the last 10 years!). All we require is your registered charity number and address. Please fill out the form below before placing an order.
Error with your order?
If there has been an error with your order, please use the form below ensuring you select either "I've made an error in my order" or "You've made an error in my order", this ensures your request goes to the correct department. Please ensure to include as much information as possible including your order reference number (usually beginning TC).
I need to make changes to my order
If your iron-on transfers have not yet started production, we can usually make changes providing there is no difference in costs. Please be sure to contact us ASAP as we pride ourselves on our super fast transfer creation. Once production has started, we would be unable to make changes.
