Royal Mail Strike Action affecting deliveries
Due to the Royal Mail strike action during November 2022, and December 2022 we are noticing increased delays with deliveries across the United Kingdom.

We have been assured that all items "will" be delivered, however the Royal Mail are unable to guarantee when the deliveries will take place and may occur after Christmas.
We appreciate that many of our customers placed their orders for personalised gifts and although our Terms and Conditions state that we only provide replacements due to the costs in artwork generation - we will offer full refunds to those orders delayed by the strike action providing the transfers are returned to us in an unused condition before the 31st January 2023.

Once you have received a response from our team, please return the unused iron on transfers to the address provided.
